Rule #65 - Welcoming Change
Change- it’s a word that causes your employees to cringe. Organizational changes are often met with considerable resistance. However, change is a necessity in order to keep a healthy company from reaching the decline phase after a business has reached its proverbial peak. If your company’s services and products are not constantly better, faster or more innovative, your business will be stuck cutting costs for the rest of its existence. It’s imperative that your team continually brain storms different organizational changes that will make your business stand out from your competitors. Resisting change may be a natural response, but organizational change should not only be accepted, but sought out with open arms.
