Just like in a relationship, maintaining constant communication in the workforce is key. As a company rapidly grows, overlap within the organization causes small cracks in the communication begin to form. Communication is essential in order to keep workers up to date with different projects and tasks expected of them and they may lack the vital information that allows them to do their job quickly and effectively. In a company that extends to multiple locations, states, or countries communication is pivotal in order to retain employees who may feel like outsiders. Constant communication will reinforce clear expectations, create strong relationships, and transform your employees into brand ambassadors.
