Resisting change may be a natural response, but organizational change should not only be accepted, but sought out with open arms.

Don’t take work too seriously; although money must be made and delivering quality products and services is essential, a lighter workplace environment is also necessary at times in order to satisfy your employees. There is a direct correlation between an enjoyable company environment and dedicated and motivated workers.
