Making operational improvements is difficult on its own, but ensuring that they are sustainable is even more of a challenge. Discovering opportunities for your company can present many challenges with finding those that are the right fit and selecting opportunities that align into your strategic business development plan. Are you conducting meaningful research on the opportunity? Have the opportunities been properly vetted?
